Till has over 25 years of experience as entrepreneur, manager and advisor focussing on business development and sales. Since receiving his degree in business administration in 1992, he has built a number of companies in retail / B2C and wholesale / B2B sectors across a range of different industries.
In 1995, Till founded a specialized consultancy focussing on business development and sales. Example projects include a mandate to grow a private phone carrier in the post monopoly era, aiding US, European and Asian clients in market entry strategies for Germany and Europe, roles as manager and / or as advisor in building sales organizations as well as management coaching and training. Till has extensive international experience and has developed and managed European-wide sales organizations.
Till has a broad, multidisciplinary network of professionals and experts ithat he leverages to quickly develop and execute custom-tailored solutions. He primarily advised German "Mittelstand" companies as well as foreign companies looking at market entry strategies for D-A-CH.
